The four-storey, 7,800 sq m building will provide facilities for 160 staff and 2000 students. A full height atrium runs its entire length creating the social heart of the building with a feature staircase. It also includes a 200-seat lecture theatre and two separate wings containing a range of teaching spaces and staff workspaces.
It replaces the present School of Management in Colchester Avenue which is no longer felt to be a suitable building for business and management studies.
The Cardiff School of Management is being built by Wilmott Dixon Turner.
