PDR Gears Up for TCT 2007
The National Centre for Product Design & Development Research (PDR) is gearing up for TCT 2007, which runs for two days, 26 and 27 September, at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
The world renowned centre, located at the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff (UWIC), is showcasing numerous examples of its work, including the latest range of products and devices tailor-made for its clients. Also on display are leading edge prototyping and rapid low volume batch manufactured products, to include models and parts developed using Sterolithography (SLA) and Selective Laser Melting (SLM) technologies.
PDR is a multidisciplinary design and development centre that offers a complete service from original research and analysis through to design, prototyping, manufacture and launch. The centre boasts a highly trained team of designers, engineers, tool-makers and technicians with significant industry experience, that can ensure on-time delivery and manufacture to the highest standards.
This year, PDR scooped two prestigious awards, the International Design Award 2007 and for the second year running, the IF Design Award 2007.
The TCT Exhibition and Conference is hailed as the only UK event focused on providing solutions for accelerating products to market.
