Open calls:

 

Intellectual Property Fund (IP Fund)

To support the development and exploitation of UWIC’s Intellectual Property (IP). Typical uses include patent searches, due diligence, market reports and prototyping

 

Training Development Fund

Funding to buy out staff time to develop new training courses and CPD opportunties.

 

Strategic Insight Programme (SIP)

For staff placements of up to 10 days (75 hours) with organisations in the public / private or voluntary sector (excluding education establishments. Please note this project has been funded by HEFCW and is a collaborative project between UWIC, University of Glamorgan, University of Wales, Newport and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

     

Extended Research Leave Awards (ERL)

Funding to support a dedicated period of time for the development and delivery of pre specified research outcomes.
